Please note, we cannot give refunds on the day of the appointment. We will refund full online payments for website bookings and scan bookings made by telephone before 24 hours of the appointment date. However, if there are extenuating circumstances that prevent your attending your appointment in less than 24 hours, do please let us know and we can discuss and offer an alternative option to accommodate your needs where possible.
We endeavour to run to appointments on time. In the event where we need to reschedule your appointment to another date, we will reduce your payment by 10%.
